Job Summary

As Sr. Recruiting Specialist, you have the responsibility of recruiting great individuals and top talents for various functions within Powerspace, including IT, Sales and Marketing from various countries. You will have to hire around ten people in the coming year. Management opportunities within 12 months.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Job openings and postings: centralize job openings, work on job descriptions to make them as accurate and attractive as possible, manage communication and postings on jobs portals and other channels, monitor your budget, manage hiring agencies, create and manage partnerships with universities, Identify way of improving both quality and volume of the job applications

  • Hiring Funnel: Process received job applications, contact high potential candidates, organize phone interviews with hiring manager, plan office interviews, create and improve recruiting interview process (exercises, tests…), organize feedbacks and final steps

  • Processes and documentation: define key skills and qualities required at Powerspace for each position, create and maintain a database of high potential industry profiles from various European markets, improve processes and tools we use for the recruiting process, set up Benchmark industry and markets, salary monitoring

Experience and Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a in-house recruiting department or recruiting agency, ideally focused in technological / internet industry

  • Perfectly fluent or bi-lingual in English, other language including Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch are a plus

Personal Skills

  • Energetic, highly motivated, great contact and networking skills, team player

  • High organizational skills, good listener, and eager to continuous learning

  • Autonomous, creative, management capabilities
